De-institutionalisation Programme
As part of CCPI's committment to de-institutionalise children, CCPI is focusing its efforts on investing in 'Homes of Hope', Community Care, Hospice Care, Day Care Centres and community development. We know that we continue to make our work more relevant to what people want by reducing the cycle of poverty and the abandonment of children. Under this overall programme, we work across the following key areas:
Hospice & Community Care Programme
Day Care Centre Community Development Programme
We are expanding our existing Community Care Programme and improving transportation for disabled children. Under the Hospice Programme, CCPI will be supporting many more children to die with dignity at home with their families, keeping them out of institutions and allowing them to spend their final months in the comfort of their own home.
